The customer had faced long-standing challenges related to organizational efficiency, which negatively impacted profitability. The ground handling function was identified as an area requiring review and development to improve performance.
Assignment
A comparative analysis was conducted of ground handling operations at other airlines and benchmarked against the customer’s current organizational structure. Based on this analysis and the customer’s overarching strategy, a discussion framework was created to explore how future ground services could be organized and improved.
Result
The customer received a solid foundation for making informed decisions regarding the future structure of their ground handling operations.
