Challenge
As part of a broader organizational restructuring, a new unit was created to manage all nuclear power plants across national borders. This newly formed organization needed a clear strategy to define its direction and prioritize activities.
Assignment
Using a workshop-driven approach supported by preparatory analyses, the work focused on the initial phases leading up to potential new construction, as well as executing the first implementation steps.
Result
A five-year strategy was developed, outlining key focus areas and activities. NIELY also contributed by initiating and driving these efforts through leadership of the PMO, resulting in improved operations and a reduction in incidents over time.
