A group-level decision had been made to replace the existing local ERP systems with S/4HANA, and the first phase of the project was already underway. However, local implementation aspects—such as process impacts and training—had not yet been addressed.
Assignment
The assignment included identifying the changes required in each process, designing relevant personas, and creating materials for training
Result
While the overall project experienced delays due to being more extensive than initially estimated by the external system integrator, the local change management efforts were successful in preparing the organization for the transition to the new system.
