Customer Challenge

The customer had decided to pursue digital transformation, but due to a low level of digital maturity, there was also a low level of insight into what was possible to develop. The project sponsor received approval to launch a trainee program aimed at securing the competencies the company did not yet know it needed—through targeted recruitment.

Assignment

By supporting the customer in the candidate selection process, including interviews, the right competencies could be secured. The assignment also included ongoing discussions regarding placement within the organization, ensuring a strong onboarding process, and follow-up on the initiative.

Result

Over the course of two consecutive years, the customer has successfully recruited key individuals for roles such as Data Analysts and Data Scientists, as well as to build expertise in areas like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The project serves as a clear example of how digital transformation can be achieved in practice.
