The customer had initiated a digital transformation, and naturally, the company’s approximately ten factories across the three major regions were also to be digitized. The challenge lay in determining which projects to prioritize and hence start in which order
Assignment
Support was proveded in the procurement of consultants for the assignment of 1) a current-state analysis and 2) presention of initial proposals for pilot projects. Also in teh assignment Continuously supporting—and at times challenging—the customer, the work was able to gain traction.
Result
A clear picture of the current state and a solid basis for discussion to initiate the digitalization process was established
