Challenge
The goal was to enhance collaboration between countries in projects aimed at improving the EU’s crisis management capabilities. The key challenge was the low level of coordination between nations.
Assignment
Several ongoing projects were presented in a round-robin format, while larger projects were showcased in plenary sessions. The workshop included facilitated discussions on how more countries could benefit from each project.
Result
The workshop design and output significantly increased mutual awareness among countries and their respective ongoing initiatives. It also opened up opportunities for broader cooperation and joint projects.
